I wanted to look at existing job descriptions for Illustrators/Graphic designs in industry to see what sort of standards I should be aiming for in order to be employable. This will help me structure my workflow towards industry standards. This will make my work more productive.

Things this Job Description says that I need:
- Eye for Typographic and Reprographic detail.
- Typographic: Typography is the art and technique of arranging type to make written language legible, readable, and appealing when displayed.
- Reprographic: Process of reproducing, reprinting, or copying graphic material.
- Strong layout skills.
- Good understanding of composition.
- Produce print ready artwork with speed and accuracy.
- Prioritise workflow.
- Demonstratable design skills.
- Design skills: Web Design/Basic HTML & CSS, Layout/Conversion Optimization (Designers need to know how to organize and structure elements on a page so they are clear and guide visitors towards the goal or “conversion” ), Print Design (Graphic designers should have knowledge of color space, printing processes, color separation, grid layout, and master pages.), Color Theory, Visual Ideation/Creativity (make original sketches based on ideas from their clients and then use those sketches as the foundation for what will ultimately appear on the web or in print.)
- Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
